Senior SDR / B2B Cold Calling & Appointment Setting – US Technology Company

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines) | US Eastern Business Hours

Salary: ₱65,000–₱85,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the Position

We are an established US-based Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity company seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and execute our outbound prospecting program.

We are NOT looking for a beginner or someone who requires constant supervision. We want an experienced, self-motivated sales professional who knows how to find prospects, make cold calls, engage business decision-makers, and consistently schedule qualified appointments.

This is a hands-on position. You will personally make outbound cold calls every day.Your Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls to US business owners and decision-makers.

• Identify prospective customers, build targeted calling lists, and research contacts.

• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments with genuinely interested prospects.

• Recommend and help implement prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

• Develop and improve calling scripts, outreach campaigns, and follow-up processes.

• Independently manage your prospecting pipeline and CRM activities.

• Track performance, identify problems, and proactively improve results.

Independence Is Essential

We will explain our services, ideal customers, and sales objectives. However, we expect you to bring the expertise needed to manage the prospecting process. If you need prospecting software, recommend it. If you need leads, know how to find them. If an approach isn't working, improve it.

We want someone who takes ownership of results—not someone waiting for daily instructions. This is not a management-only role. The majority of your time should be spent actively prospecting, making calls, and generating qualified appointments.

How to Apply

Please complete the screening questions in the application, including a short (60–90 second) voice recording introducing yourself and describing your sales experience. Generic applications or applications without answers to these questions will not be considered.

We're looking for a proven, independent sales professional who enjoys cold calling, takes initiative, and wants a long-term opportunity with a growing US technology company.
