Senior SIT Test Analyst

**About the role

**Our client is a well-known, fast-growing premium retail brand, currently building a brand new National Distribution Centre that will take its warehouse operation from fully manual to semi-automated, with robotic picking and packing.

They’re looking for a Senior SIT Test Analyst to join a small, focused test team, testing the Warehouse Management System changes needed to bring the robotics to life. You’ll be testing integrations from core retail systems into Blue Yonder WMS, and from Blue Yonder into the new robotics platform.

**What you’ll be doing

• Planning, writing and executing system integration test cases across complex end-to-end warehouse flows
• Testing integrations across multiple systems and vendors, including an international automation partner
• Coordinating closely with BAs, developers and third-party teams to resolve issues and keep testing moving
• Identifying, documenting and driving defects through triage to resolution
• Maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases and defects
• Supporting test reporting and status updates across the programme

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a QA/Test Analyst role, with strong hands-on SIT experience
• Integration testing experience on large transformation programmes, working as part of a multi-person test team
• Experience testing a Tier 1 WMS such as Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan or similar
• Strong functional understanding of warehouse operations: picking, packing, zones and how physical layout shapes system design
• Retail, logistics or supply chain domain experience
• Blue Yonder experience or exposure to warehouse automation and robotics highly regarded

Why this role

• This business is generating well over a billion dollars in annual revenue, operates well over 100 sites, and just opened one of the largest flagship stores of its kind in the world. It’s a genuinely exciting time to join.
• It is family-owned, growing fast, and investing seriously in the supply chain that sits behind the brand. This is a rare chance to test a greenfield automated distribution centre from the ground up, the kind of programme that sets you apart in the WMS market.
• 7-month contract with strong extension potential and a realistic pathway to permanency for the right person. Richmond-based, hybrid working.
