As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at TeamViewer, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll work with a forward-thinking team that powers our core products and services, delivering a seamless experience to users worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure supporting TeamViewer’s global SaaS platform.
- Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized platforms, leveraging GitOps workflows for declarative infrastructure and application management.
- Deploy feature and maintenance releases.
- Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.
- Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.
- Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
