The Opportunity The Budget Enterprise team at Euna Solutions builds and modernizes the enterprise public budgeting platform that thousands of government users depend on to responsibly manage public dollars. As a Senior Developer, you will own features end to end across a modernization effort moving a large-scale legacy monolith toward a more scalable AWS architecture, working in C# and VB.NET on .NET Framework with T-SQL/SQL Server, and bringing AI-assisted development into your daily workflow. If you want your code to directly shape how public sector organizations plan and manage community resources, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Own features end to end: requirements clarification, implementation, testing, code review, and post-release support
Design and build maintainable features within the enterprise budgeting platform using C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, T-SQL/SQL Server, ASP.NET, Telerik UI, and jQuery
Contribute to the active migration of servers from a legacy AWS environment to Euna's internally provisioned, maintained, and monitored AWS environment
Hold your own work and your teammates' work to a high quality bar through rigorous code review and well-tested, documented code
Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates
Mentor junior developers, sharing platform history, conventions, and context through code review and documentation
Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate implementation, testing, and review, while remaining fully accountable for the correctness of what you ship
What You Bring
7+ years of professional software development experience with substantial hands-on time in C#, VB.NET, and/or ASPX-based web applications
Strong T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience, including schema design, query tuning, and stored procedures
Solid command of the .NET Framework, including multi-threading, and working proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong grounding in object-oriented and component-oriented design, with a security-in-depth mindset applied to day-to-day coding decisions
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing work, and carry features from design through to production
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated or public sector environments
TypeScript or object-oriented JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting
Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Server v4.x, including SSO components written in Java
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (such as Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK), including prompt architecture, tool or MCP design, and multi-agent coordination

AI Mindset at Euna Solutions We believe the future of work is human + AI. At Euna Solutions, we encourage our team members to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making. We're looking for people who are curious about emerging technologies, eager to experiment, and committed to using AI responsibly to augment, not replace, their expertise.
If you enjoy exploring new ways to solve problems, learning continuously, and applying AI to make your work smarter and more impactful, you'll thrive here.
Life at Euna Solutions We're a team of builders, problem-solvers, and public sector champions. We've built a workplace around a straightforward idea: people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and not running on empty.
Here's what that actually looks like:
🏢 How we work We're hybrid — three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side.
🧘 Eunafier Days Twice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. We think recharging is part of doing good work — not a reward for it. Use it however you need.
🙌 Community is part of who we are Our Engagement Committee finds meaningful ways to give back through time, donations, and shared expertise. We're invested in the places where our people actually live and work.
🤝 Philanthropy Time We give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community — and we make time for it.
🎉 Real connection at scale You won't know all 600+ people — and that's okay. What matters is building real relationships with the people you work with every day. Our culture team creates consistent opportunities for that, so work doesn't feel isolating.
📈 Room to grow Whether you're going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development — through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you're ready.
