We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex systems-level problems, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to influence the architecture and direction of products that integrate robotics, embedded systems, and enterprise storage technologies.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key technical leadership role in designing, developing, and delivering software that powers our enterprise robotic storage systems.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain high-performance production software using modern C++.
•Architect and implement complex software for robotics, storage systems, and hardware control.
•Design scalable, maintainable, and testable software using modern object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
•Develop software for Linux-based enterprise storage platforms.
•Drive technical direction and influence architectural decisions across multiple products.
•Mentor junior engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching.
•Collaborate closely with Product Management, Firmware, Hardware Engineering, Test Engineering, and Customer Support throughout the development lifecycle.
•Continuously improve software quality through automated testing, code reviews, refactoring, and engineering best practices.
•Lead root cause analysis of complex customer issues and drive permanent corrective actions.
•Champion software quality, maintainability, and performance across the engineering organization.
