About the role
Join our IT team as a senior engineer taking ownership of system planning, delivery, and process discipline across the company's core platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own the planning and development cycle for our internal system
- Evaluate the existing system and propose scalable, maintainable solutions as it grows
- Mentor a team member and help grow their technical skills
- Take ownership of deliverables; participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions alongside the team
- Contribute to the development of other systems/tools as needed
- Reduce technical debt and improve long-term system stability
Requirement
