Senior Software Engineer Frontend Consumer

You will design, develop, and maintain consumer-facing web and mobile features from concept through production monitoring. You will lead experimentation, make architecture decisions, ensure code quality, collaborate across disciplines, mentor engineers, and improve cross-platform experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain consumer-facing features across React web and React Native mobile applications
• Own product work from discovery and technical design through release, monitoring, experimentation, and iteration
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation strategies
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Mobile engineers
• Make technical framework and architecture decisions
• Ensure code quality, accessibility, performance, and testability
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
• Lead complex cross-platform initiatives
• Apply AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience focused on consumer-facing web or mobile products
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and the React ecosystem
• Production experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development
• Experience with Next.js App Router, React Server Components, and client/server boundaries
• Experience with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation frameworks
• Experience with WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or other high-trust consumer products
• Strong written and verbal English
• An active AI-assisted development workflow
