Tasks
- Develop and enhance the next generation of our terminal management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of our software architecture by evaluating and applying modern architectural patterns and technologies.
- Take technical ownership of complex features and support the team in solving challenging technical problems.
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, coding standards, automated testing, and continuous refactoring.
- Drive engineering excellence by improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern development practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks related to performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
- Mentor and support other developers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
