Full description
Location: Dubai (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Budget: 12k–13k AED per month (based on interview feedback & experience)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (or serving notice)
Experience Required: 5+ years in .NET with Oracle DB
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with leading PSS platforms (Amadeus Altéa, Sabre, Travelport, Navitaire, Radixx) and GDS networks (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport/Worldspan/Apollo).
- Develop and support systems for reservations, ticketing, fare calculation, inventory/availability, PNR management, and revenue accounting.
- Work with industry-standard messaging formats: EDIFACT, Type A/B, NDC, PADIS, AIDX.
- Build and maintain APIs/interfaces (SOAP/REST, XML/JSON) between internal systems and GDS/PSS endpoints.
- Own production support for PSS/GDS incidents — triage, root cause analysis, permanent fixes.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical booking/ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with revenue management, reservations, airport operations, and interline/codeshare teams.
- Write and maintain runbooks, monitoring, and alerting to reduce recurring incidents.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Ensure compliance with IATA resolutions, interline agreements, and data standards.
