Job Title: Senior Software Engineers (.NET Developers)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

**Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using .NET Core to support high-traffic enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications that align with long-term business objectives and project timelines.

• Optimize existing codebases to improve application performance, security, and resource utilization across distributed environments.

• Mentor junior developers by conducting thorough code reviews and promoting best practices in software design and documentation.

• Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to enhance system functionality and interoperability for our clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to maintain high availability and seamless user experiences.

Requirements :

• C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core

• WPF, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs

• SQL Server

• Microservices & Distributed/Event-Driven Architecture

• MQTT-based Communication

• Cross-platform development (Windows/Linux)

• OOP, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization

• Exposure to C++ is an added advantage

In addition to the technical skills, the candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals who can contribute to scalable, maintainable, and cross-platform solutions.

Experience in medical device software development and cybersecurity concepts would be beneficial.
