Senior Software Engineer – NLP Team

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of OCR, NLP, backend services, and cloud infrastructure. The role demands deep hands-on Python expertise, strong AI/ML integration experience, and the ability to manage production-grade systems on Google Cloud Platform.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage OCR and document-processing pipelines end-to-end

• Improve OCR accuracy, performance, and system reliability

• Deploy and optimize NLP and LLM-based pipelines in production

• Build, maintain, and optimize backend APIs and microservices

• Architect, deploy, and manage GCP compute environments and services

• Handle deployments, monitoring, scaling, security, and system upgrades

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development and system ownership

• Strong hands-on experience with OCR, NLP, and AI/ML pipelines

• Proven expertise in GCP infrastructure and Linux system administration

• Experience running ML workloads on GPU environments

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
