Skills
Must have
- · Hands-on maintenance floor background: 3+ years as a maintenance or reliability technician, craft supervisor, or MRO lead in a refinery, plant, mill, or mine.
- · 5+ years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, owning solution design and running onsite process assessments and gap analysis at industrial customers.
- · Demonstrated experience taking a site from paper work orders to mobile maintenance execution.
- · Track record walking into a live account, finding where the design or the process falls short of how the site actually works, and writing plans other consultants executed.
- · Working command of maintenance and repair operations: notification intake, work order flow, confirmation discipline, parts, and closeout data quality.
- · Ability to present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives, and run the same conversation with a shop floor crew.
- · Experience defining security roles and access for maintenance systems.
- · Working understanding of AI: what large language models, retrieval over technical documentation, agentic automation, and predictive models can and cannot do in a maintenance environment.
- · Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on maintenance experience.
- · Based in North America with authorization to work there.
Nice to have
- · CMRP, CRL, or equivalent maintenance and reliability certification.
- · SAP S/4HANA asset management, and integration patterns to SAP such as PO, ECC, and APIs.
- · KPI frameworks for maintenance performance: backlog health, schedule compliance, PM and PdM completion, MTBF, and MTTR.
- · Hands-on with AI tooling: LLM-based assistants, retrieval over equipment and procedure documentation, or predictive models.
- · Experience mentoring technicians, planners, or consultants.
- · Working Spanish or Portuguese.
- Other Requirements
- · Willing to travel up to 50%, primarily across North America, with EMEA and APAC travel as accounts require.
- · Able to meet plant, refinery, and mine site safety and access requirements.

Job Summary
Sigga digitizes
industrial maintenance with AI. At the world's largest refineries, mines,
mills, and plants we replace clipboards, spreadsheets, and paper work orders
with Sigga EAM Empower, our SAP-certified mobile asset management platform:
automated data capture, natural language access to technical content, and
agentic automation of the manual steps that sit between a work request and a
closed work order.
We are hiring a
Senior Solution Architect who has worked maintenance and repair in a plant,
moved into SAP PM and EAM consulting, and now wants to design what replaces the
clipboard. You own Empower solution design worldwide by running discovery on
site, mapping the manual process the customer runs today, designing the digital
and AI-enabled process that replaces it, and defending those calls to their
operations and IT leadership.
For our install
base, you go site to site across live accounts, review the deployed design
against how the operation runs today, and find the next move: the manual
process ready to be digitized, the capability the site has not turned on yet,
the design refinement that lifts adoption. You hand functional consultants a
plan they can execute against.
You report
directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations, who owns
Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support. You travel
globally and sit across the table from the operations and IT executives who run
some of the largest industrial companies in the world.
**General
AccountabilitiesSolution
Design and Process Consulting**
· Digitization
and AI Enablement: define how Empower’s out-of-the-box AI solutions are applied
to the customer’s workflows: specify which manual steps come out, what gets
captured automatically at the point of work, and where agentic automation
applies to the customer's maintenance data.
· Solution
Design: own the Empower design per account: work order execution,
notifications, time and material confirmation, measurement readings, parts
handling, and offline field use.
· Discovery:
run onsite assessments and workshops with maintenance, reliability, and ITstakeholders, and produce the design document delivery builds against.
