Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer with 6–8 years of relevant experience to work as part of a cross-functional project team delivering technology-based solutions. The role will own the technical components of customer integration projects, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live support. The Senior Solutions Engineer will also work with cloud and security solutions and collaborate with multiple technical and business teams throughout implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team to deliver technology-based solutions.

• Provide technical consultation and assess solution concept feasibility.

• Own the technical components of customer integration projects from implementation through go-live.

• Perform configuration, debugging, documentation, and testing.

• Provide technical support during go-live and post-implementation activities.

• Integrate solutions involving Security and Cloud Compute technologies.

• Partner with Business Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support teams to resolve technical issues.

• Troubleshoot issues arising during customer trials, integrations, and post-implementation support.

• Accurately scope and estimate implementation timelines for customer integrations.

• Identify technical and implementation risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

About you

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, Integration Engineering, or a related technical role.

• Strong experience with customer integration and technical implementation projects.

• Hands-on experience with configuration, debugging, testing, technical documentation, and go-live support.

• Experience working with cloud computing solutions.

• Experience working with security solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

• Experience identifying technical risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Ability to scope and estimate technical implementation timelines.

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
