We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to drive the evolution of our infrastructure, systems, and software delivery processes through AI-powered automation and intelligent agents. This role focuses on improving software delivery, infrastructure reliability, security, scalability, and engineering productivity through AI adoption and advanced DevOps practices.
The successful candidate will combine strong expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), cloud technologies, scripting, and systems engineering with hands-on experience developing AI agents and applying large language models (LLMs) to engineering challenges. A key responsibility is to build AI agents for security, deployment, infrastructure optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting while driving innovation and broad AI adoption across engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents for security analysis, software deployment, infrastructure optimization, monitoring, and incident investigation.
- Integrate AI agents with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, security tools, and observability systems to automate engineering workflows.
- Drive AI adoption across engineering teams by identifying opportunities and delivering scalable solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent, automated, and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and AI-assisted observability solutions to improve system reliability and accelerate troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based and on-premises environments, ensuring availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Apply AI and automation to vulnerability management, infrastructure optimization, incident response, and operational processes, with appropriate security controls and human oversight.
