Full description
What you'll doOwn the market and the narrative
- Build deep understanding of customer segments, buyers (CISO, IAM Principals, GRC, platform owners) and the landscape across IGA, PAM, identity security posture management and non-human identity security.
- Craft the positioning and story for Veza on the ServiceNow platform, including how customers secure and govern AI agents alongside human and machine identities.
- Be a credible external voice: brief analysts (Gartner, Forrester, KuppingerCole), speak at customer and industry events, and guide community engagement and progressive content.
Launch and drive adoption
- Guide go-to-market for new capabilities and major integrations: launch plans, announcements, release notes, demo assets and internal enablement.
- Run early access and preview programs that validate new capabilities with design partners before general availability.
- Define and own adoption and customer success metrics; instrument them, report on them, and act on what they show.
Make deployments repeatable
- Define and test GA readiness for capabilities and integrations: packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths and operational playbooks.
- Account for real enterprise constraints: security reviews, least-privilege setup, change management and admin workflows across hundreds of connected systems.
Equip the field and partners to win
- Give Sales, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Support and partners what they need: talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI and business-value narratives, battlecards and objection handling, implementation checklists and troubleshooting guides.
Be the Voice of the Customer
- Bring field and deployment insights into planning: turn customer feedback into prioritized requirements and crisp acceptance criteria for inbound PMs, and advocate for customers with engineering and company principals.
