Senior Superintendent (Develop-Build)

About LG Group

LG Group is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, and property management company specializing in hospitality, luxury commercial, adaptive re-use, tenant improvements, multifamily, mixed-use, and high-rise residential projects. Through our Develop-Build team, we manage projects from concept through completion, giving team members exposure to both development and construction throughout the project lifecycle on multifamily, mixed-use, and high rise projects.

Position Overview

LG Group is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations and construction execution for multifamily, mixed-use, and high-rise residential developments throughout Chicago.

The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field leader responsible for site safety, quality, schedule performance, workforce planning, trade partner management, and overall project execution.

This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing Develop-Build platform, oversee complex construction projects, mentor field teams, and help deliver some of Chicago's most impactful residential developments.

LG provides equal opportunity in all its employment practices to all qualified employees and applicants without regard to race, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity, and sexual orientation), color, religion, gender, national origin, age, mental or physical disability, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected by law. This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, job assignments, training, compensation, benefits, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, or separation of employment.
