Senior Therapist

You’ve built a strong clinical foundation and are ready to use your experience in new ways. The Senior Therapist role is designed for fully licensed clinicians who feel confident working independently with complex or high-acuity presentations and are excited to support the growth of other therapists. You’ll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups while helping strengthen our clinical team through supervision, training, and consultation. You’ll have the autonomy to practice with depth and intention, along with a collaborative team to consult with when you need it. This is an opportunity to deepen your own clinical work, share what you’ve learned, and help shape the care we provide at Cairn.

Our Values in Action

We believe mental health care should be accessible, affirming, and responsive to the needs of our community. We intentionally work to reduce financial barriers by accepting most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare, and maintaining a sliding scale program.

Cairn has a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families. We strive to provide care that is inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

We also value the unique strengths each clinician brings to the practice and actively support therapists in developing specialty populations, treatment approaches, and areas of expertise that align with their professional goals. We believe the strongest clinical teams are united by shared values while bringing diverse perspectives, interests, and passions to their work.
