**As a Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade integration and business process solutions using TIBCO technologies.
- Develop and support applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
- Build and enhance integrations involving RESTful web services, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, and SQL-based systems.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and operational alerts through Azure Analytics and related monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to deliver high-quality business solutions.
- Participate in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
**What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x).
