M&J is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Transportation Project Manager/Practice Leader to help expand our growing transportation practice in Texas.
This is not a traditional project management position.
We are looking for a transportation leader who wants the opportunity to help shape strategy, build client relationships, win work, lead project delivery, and play a meaningful role in the growth of our Texas transportation business. As part of a rapidly growing engineering firm, you'll have the opportunity to help establish and grow a transportation practice while maintaining the flexibility, visibility, and influence that often disappear in larger organizations.
This role offers the opportunity to:
· Help shape the future of transportation services within a growing organization.
· Work directly with senior leadership on growth strategy and market expansion.
· Build lasting relationships with transportation clients throughout Texas.
· Take on visible leadership responsibilities and influence key decisions.
· Play a meaningful role in developing a transportation practice from the ground floor.
Whether your background is rooted in project development, roadway design, program management, transportation planning, or major project delivery, we're interested in speaking with experienced transportation professionals who are excited about growth and leadership opportunities.
