Full description
As a Senior UX Designer, you'll own the end-to-end
experience for major parts of the GEP Quantum Intelligence platform. We're
looking for an innovator with deep Figma expertise: someone who gets genuinely
excited about presenting their ideas and telling the story behind them, and who
is deeply passionate about how AI is changing the user experience.
You'll work day to day with product managers, engineers,
data scientists and procurement subject-matter experts, and you'll be a go-to
voice on design quality and craft across the team.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in our GEP
Clark NJ Headquarters.
What You'll Do
- Own the experience end to end: Lead design from
discovery through launch for complex enterprise workflows across source-to-pay
and supply chain, from early concepts to polished, shippable UI.
- Make complex data easy to act on: Design dashboards,
control towers, spend analytics, and data-dense tables and filters that help
users spot issues and make decisions quickly.
- Lead how we design for AI: Partner with product and
data science to shape conversational and assistive features, recommendations,
and agent-driven automation. Explore new interaction patterns, stay on top of
how AI is reshaping UX practice itself, and make sure users understand what the
AI did, can trust it, and can step in when needed.
- Bring new ideas and prototype them fast: Use Figma
and AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into interactive prototypes quickly, and
bring fresh concepts to the team before anyone asks.
- Do the research: Plan and run interviews, usability
tests and workflow observation with buyers, suppliers, planners and other
enterprise users. Use what you learn, along with product usage data, to drive
decisions.
- Design for the low-code studio: Help shape the GEP
QUANTUM tools that let customers and partners configure and build their own
apps, where the user is often a builder rather than an end user.
- Partner closely with product and engineering: Write
clear specs, give thoughtful design reviews, and stay involved through build so
