Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and development of our digital products and brand identity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of creating intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and brand language, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features and new initiatives, from initial research and ideation to final high-fidelity mockups and hand-off to engineering.

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions.

• Develop comprehensive design systems and UI kits to ensure consistency and efficiency across all our products and marketing materials.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the technical feasibility of designs.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them grow their skills.

• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions and advocating for the user.

• Design and maintain high-quality brand assets, including online and offline marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design across web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in a variety of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Demonstrated experience in leading user research efforts and translating data into design improvements.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining design systems.

• A solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and brand identity.

• High proficiency in design tools and experience creating marketing and application materials.
