Full description
Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 per month
Job Duties
- Provide support and maintenance for Windows Server and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade Windows RDS servers.
- Manage system settings, user access, and security policies using Group Policy (GPO).
- Monitor system availability and performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or NNMi.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and incidents.
- Support system changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth system operations.
- Provide occasional after-office-hours support when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows Server environments.
- Strong experience with Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
- Familiar with Windows Group Policy (GPO), system hardening, and security settings.
