STRUKTURA | Remote
About the Role & STRUKTURA STRUKTURA is a Ukrainian product IT company founded in 2020. We ideate, build, launch, and scale our own B2C SaaS products and Mobile Apps for global markets (predominantly Tier-1: utilities, parental control, and other high-growth niches).
We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead with full ownership of our organic growth engine. In this role, you will define the overall SEO strategy, manage budgets, lead a dedicated team, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive measurable business impact.
We leverage a comprehensive toolkit beyond standard on-page and content tactics. PBNs and advanced link-building strategies are an essential part of our setup, and we expect you to take full ownership of their evolution. Additionally, we are actively scaling our visibility in AI Search (GEO/AEO) and integrating modern automation into our daily workflows.

Core Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership: Conduct comprehensive audits, build long-term roadmaps, manage the SEO budget, and drive execution end-to-end.
Off-Page & PBN Management: Oversee and scale our existing PBN infrastructure and link-building operations. Define methodology, toolstacks, and risk profiles.
AI Search & Automation: Establish presence across AI-driven search engines (LLM citations and mentions) and implement modern AI automation tools (n8n, APIs, scripts) for clustering, content generation, and technical SEO workflows.
Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of SEO Specialists, Link Builders, and Content Creators. Set clear KPIs, define processes, and write detailed technical briefs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing Leads to prioritize technical tickets, align on product roadmaps, and ensure flawless execution.
Technical SEO: Execute technical audits, optimize crawl budget and site architecture, improve Core Web Vitals, and manage complex rendering/indexing setups.
Semantics & Competitive Intelligence: Expand and cluster semantic cores while continuously benchmarking strategy against key market competitors.
Analytics & Reporting: Track organic rankings, visibility, traffic, and ROI across GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and internal dashboards.

Expected Milestones (First 3–6 Months)
Complete a full-scope audit across all web products and launch a revised organic growth plan.
Audit the current PBN setup and define a scalable, safe expansion strategy.
Establish structured workflows and task-management framework for the SEO team.
Achieve measurable organic traffic and conversion growth in target US/EU segments.
Launch the first AI-Search (GEO) initiative with validated outcomes (LLM citations, brand mentions, direct LLM traffic).

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead SEO in B2C web products operating in Tier-1 markets.
Proven track record of leading SEO teams, managing budgets, and taking total ownership of organic growth KPIs.
Hands-on expertise with PBNs and high-velocity off-page strategies, with a mature understanding of risk mitigation.
Advanced Technical SEO skills: Indexation management, dynamic rendering, structured data/schema, multi-tier link building.
Practical AI & Automation experience: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO), AI content pipelines, and workflow automation (n8n, Python/JS scripts, APIs).
Strong ownership mindset: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering and product stakeholders without hand-holding.
Proficiency with industry tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
