Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Karnataka, Maharashtra, or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for issues related to service desk operations, including Azure AD, Office 365, and Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft applications, including Outlook configuration and other related software.
• Document all service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require additional expertise.
• Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for utilizing technology effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and tools to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of service desk operations and best practices.
• Proficiency in Azure AD and Office 365.
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users effectively.
