Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Maharashtra or Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of our service desk. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues and will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating incidents as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming service desk requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Maintain accurate records of all service desk interactions and ensure proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on various IT applications and systems.
• Monitor service desk performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of service desk operations and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
