.SERVICE ENGINEER
Service engineers work closely with repair technicians to get the work done fast. Engineers will typically identify the problem and supervise the installation technicians carrying out the repairs. Roles & Responsibilities • Required field service engineer • Excellent verbal and written communication skill • Committed to customer satisfaction and problem resolution • Ready to work in any technology from any location • Overseeing and executing the assigned job & ensuring the quality & timely technical services to customers. • Daily reports to regional office about work progress
- Minimum 2-4 yrs. of experience in Printer Service, preferably Dot Matrix, Thermal Printer Support • Knowledge of troubleshooting & repairing of Dot Matrix, Inkjet, LaserJet, Passbook printer etc. • Willingness to work for Field Job / On Site Support • Good Customer handling skills.
