Must have
- 6+ years of MEP service experience in industrial, commercial, and/or building HVAC preventive maintenance.
- Universal EPA Certification.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft and Google products.
- Ability to explain complex HVAC issues to customers in a way they can understand.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Must be fluent and able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
- Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.

Who You Are…
As Service Technician, you are primarily responsible for troubleshooting MEP systems for all Harper Limbach customers. This person will be counted on to quickly and efficiently diagnose problems, communicate the scope of effort out to customers, and identify the most cost-effective and timely solutions.

- Diagnoses problems within building systems, and either resolves or escalates them as appropriate.
- Utilizes HVAC diagnostic equipment to identify systems issues.
- Reviews blueprints and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
