ServiceNow Business Analyst

with business and technical teams to gather requirements, document

processes, and help deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects

and enhancements.

• Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance

criteria.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to support solution delivery.

• Support configuration activities across ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and ITOM.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering

workshops.

• Assist with UAT, including test case preparation and defect

tracking.

• Maintain project, process, and system documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on

ServiceNow projects.

• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and core modules.

• Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and

process mapping.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week in the 2:00 PM to

11:00 PM shift.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent knowledge.

• Exposure to ServiceNow workflows, forms, and basic configurations.

• Understanding of ITSM processes.

• Basic JavaScript knowledge is an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a

related field.
