ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational standards.
• Implement ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Support GRC initiatives by developing solutions that enhance compliance and risk management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration.
