- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience in enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, reports, forms, business rules and automation scripts.
- Manage application deployments across Development, UAT and Production environments, including deployment planning, validation and post-deployment checks.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparing and executing test cases, investigating defects and implementing fixes.
- Address findings from Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and implement security fixes within agreed timelines.
- Plan and carry out production data migration, including data validation and reconciliation.
- Provide application maintenance and operational support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, bug fixes and platform upgrades.
- Deliver enhancements and change requests according to agreed requirements and project schedules.
- Maintain technical documentation and work closely with project managers, platform administrators, security teams and business users.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
