Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) modules. The ideal candidate will build end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and complex enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).
- Implement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server Administration.
- Configure CMDB and CSDM alignment to ensure data quality, health, and governance.
- Implement HAM/HAM Pro lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory management, stockrooms, and audits.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and IntegrationHub workflows.
- Build and manage REST/SOAP web service integrations and Scripted APIs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and customization.
- Strong technical scripting background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow API frameworks.
