Role & responsibilities
- 10 to 12 years in software development, with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development across multiple modules and implementations.
- Proven full-stack ServiceNow skills: server-side scripting, data modeling, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Employee Center, and UI Builder/Next Experience.
- Expert JavaScript skills and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, RESTMessageV2, $sp/spUtil).
- Strong integration experience: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, MID Server, and integration design patterns.
- Solid understanding of platform performance, security (ACLs, roles, scopes), and upgrade-safe development.
