Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of project from planning to delivery, within scheduled timeframe, quality, cost, and safety requirements in accordance with company and statutory standards.

• Liaise closely with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure good communication and process.

• Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion while ensuring efficient and productive use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness.

• Liaise and consult relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information.

• Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources, (machinery, labour and materials) to minimize wastage and rework.

• Oversee proper documentation control and distribution of drawings, specifications and other technical documents.

• Manage, guide and inspire a project team of different nationalities and background to ensure proper execution of project operation.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course.

· Fresh graduate

· Good command in both written, spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

· Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage

· Candidate with bored piling experience will be preferred.

· Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
