At TRG, we work in a global, multicultural environment where talented people collaborate to develop technology that makes a real impact.
Our mission is to empower customers in their fight against crime and terror through advanced AI and Data Fusion technologies.
Technology is at the heart of what we do, but our people always come first.
Our Core Values define how we work:
- Whatever it takes! We take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Passion is our fuel! We learn, grow, and continuously innovate.
- We make an impact! We challenge assumptions and focus on meaningful outcomes.
- We work together! We collaborate, support one another, and succeed as a team.
About the team
Our Operations team focuses on scalability, reliability, stability, and observability across TRG's production environments.
We are responsible for ensuring that our platforms remain available, performant, secure, and resilient, enabling our customers to rely on our technology when it matters most.
We work with a modern technology stack that includes Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, Jenkins, Keycloak, multiple cloud providers, and various internal tools and services.
About the role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with solid hands-on experience in production environments who can take ownership of system reliability, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
In this role, you will work closely with our Operations, DevOps, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to maintain and improve the reliability and performance of our platforms.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting complex technical issues, working independently on operational tasks, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve our infrastructure.
You will contribute to building scalable, resilient systems while balancing the need for continuous product delivery with production stability.
What you'll work on
- Production reliability: Monitor, maintain, and improve the availability, performance, and stability of our production environments.
- Incident management: Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Monitoring and observability: Build and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and reporting to proactively identify issues.
- Automation: Develop scripts and automated workflows to reduce manual operational tasks, improve efficiency, and minimize human error.
- Infrastructure management: Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized applications and infrastructure.
