Full description
Social Media & Content Coordinator
Optimum Human + Southwest Women's Oncology | Albuquerque, New Mexico
Why This Role Matters
For most people, social media is where they first encounter who we are.
Before they book an appointment. Before they call. Before they trust us with their health. They scroll. They read. They form an impression. And that impression is either working for us or it isn't.
Across seven entities-each with its own brand voice, audience, and purpose-the Social Media & Content Coordinator shapes those first impressions at scale: building presence, protecting reputation, fostering community, and driving the kind of engagement that converts. This is a creative and strategic role for someone who loves the craft of social media and takes the business impact seriously. We hire for attitude and aptitude above all else.
Who We Are
Southwest Women's Oncology (SWWO) is New Mexico's leading gynecologic oncology practice, delivering advanced cancer care with skill, courage, and compassion.
Optimum Human and Optimum Infusion extend that mission into performance medicine, infusion services, longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapies, hyperbaric medicine, aesthetics, and human performance.
Together, we operate as a single integrated platform committed to one mission: to deliver new possibilities in medical care, human performance, and health by uniting passion, knowledge, and skill.
What You'll Own
Social Strategy & Content Production
Own social media strategy and execution across all seven entities-developing channel-specific plans, writing captions, directing short-form video concepts, and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. Coordinate with the content production team on asset capture and bring a video-first mindset to every brand.
Content Calendar & Campaign Alignment
Build and manage the cross-entity content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, and launches. Coordinate with the Marketing Operations Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to keep social content integrated with broader campaign strategy.
Community Management & Reputation
Own community management across all brand accounts-responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within defined SLAs. Monitor and respond to reviews across Google, Healthgrades, Yelp, Zocdoc, and Facebook using platforms such as Birdeye or Podium. Escalate sensitive interactions appropriately.
Influencer Outreach, Reporting & AI
Lead influencer and partner programs for Optimum Human and United to Cure Cancer. Report monthly on reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Use AI tools to accelerate copy, caption drafts, and A/B message testing across brands.
