Social Media & Creator Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead our online social media presence, community engagement across all social platforms and our creator partnerships. You will be responsible for creating, developing and executing a content strategy that grows our brand and community, whilst creating and executing our Affiliate & Creator Programs to drive measurable business results.

This is a hybrid position, where two days will be based in our office in Harpenden.

• Own and grow MARCHON's organic social presence. Owned and Earned reach, community engagement and channel conversion.

• Set and drive the content strategy across the main, Training and Gyms channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok), that will get more eyes on the brand and attract global everyday athletes. Be proactive in ideation based on culture, consumer, competitor and brand insights, rather than waiting for a brief.

• Create and publish high-quality, social-first content at pace, including UGC, trend-led and personality-led formats, adapted for each channel rather than resized. Be willing to be the face of the brand and feature in content.

• Own TikTok as a priority channel - ideation, creation, publishing and optimisation, including UGC and creator content, day-to-day community engagement and TikTok Shop.

• Run the Creator & Affiliate program to deliver engaging content that the brand can deploy in paid ads. Recruit and manage affiliates, brief and equip them, track commitments and follow up, and grow the network and content output to drive measurable, attributable revenue.

• Own the social content calendar. Plan ahead across campaigns, launches, products and key moments, briefing creative with enough lead time, and working closely with Brand, Creative, Content and the coaching teams.

• Own community engagement. Respond to comments, DMs and mentions in the brand's voice and build genuine community across channels.

• Track performance and tell the story. Go beyond the numbers to what's working, what isn't and why, the trends behind it, and clear recommendations for what to do next; test and iterate constantly.

• Stay on the pulse of fitness and social culture - trends, formats, emerging creators and competitor activity - and turn the relevant ones into MARCHON content.

• Extensive experience running a creator or affiliate program - relationships, briefing and tracking through to revenue.

• Proven experience managing social for a brand, with real results growing and engaging a following organically.

• Confident in creating and editing UGC and short-form video for TikTok and Instagram - hands-on, at pace.

• A proactive self-starter who brings ideas to the table and drives them through without waiting for direction.

• Strong knowledge of key social platforms, their algorithms and best practices, and scheduling/analytics tools (e.g. Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).

• Data-savvy - analyses metrics and turns them into insight, decisions and iteration, not just reporting.

• Strong understanding of the fitness industry and the culture around it.

• Strong understanding of brand tone, audience targeting and trend-based marketing.

• Comfortable owning multiple channels and high output at pace.

MARCHON is the UK’s premium performance-lifestyle ecosystem, one brand that helps driven people train, fuel and dress for a life without limits. World-class coaching sits at the centre, backed by certified performance nutrition and movement-ready apparel, all amplified by our beacon gyms.

Founded by ex-England rugby player and CEO Ollie Marchon, the company has grown from a single HQ club to a true omni-channel offering: the Train app, a fast-scaling supplement line, and physical hubs that bring the experience to life.

We’re still small enough that every new teammate leaves fingerprints on the product, yet the momentum is real. Our 2027 plans are ambitious to say the least, as we make a step-change in evolving our ecosystem between training, supplements and apparel.

If you care about high standards, straight talk and making a visible impact, you’ll feel at home here. Join us while there’s still room to shape the journey.
