You will work closely with trading, operations, product, risk, compliance, and other technology teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
You will also play an active role in code reviews, system design, and architectural decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on system reliability, performance, maintainability, and overall engineering quality. This role offers direct exposure to the trading business and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on systems that are critical to day-to-day market-making operations.

- Partner directly with stakeholders. Work closely with traders, desk leadership, operations, product, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and other technology teams to define requirements, challenge assumptions, prioritize work, and deliver practical solutions.
- Raise engineering standards. Participate actively in code reviews, provide clear and constructive feedback, improve design consistency, and promote software that is testable, maintainable, observable, resilient, and performant.
