Full description
We are seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our FortiWeb team, responsible for developing and maintaining the web-based management interface of our industry-leading Web Application Firewall (WAF) solution. This role requires expertise in modern Angular/React development combined with experience migrating legacy enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the migration strategy from legacy frameworks to modern Angular 21+ and React 18+
- Design and implement micro-frontend architecture for multiple sub-applications
- Build scalable, observable state management solutions using RxJS and MobX/Redux
- Establish frontend best practices and architectural patterns for the engineering team
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and integration patterns
- Work with UX/UI teams to implement enterprise design systems
- Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and build performance
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
