- Minimum 3 years' experience leading software engineering teams in a direct people management capacity
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and/or leading engineering managers or team leads
- Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring and developing engineers and future leaders
- Experience managing performance, career development and complex people-related matters
- Strong ability to build trust, engagement and high-performing team cultures
- 8-10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex enterprise software products or SaaS solutions
