Software Engineer

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Software Engineer with strong backend Java development expertise to join a growing engineering team undergoing strategic expansion. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications while working in a collaborative, agile environment.

This role is ideal for engineers who demonstrate strong autonomy, problem-solving ability, and the capability to independently deliver high-quality solutions in complex corporate environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java.
• Build and maintain frontend components using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
• Build and maintain integrations with relational databases including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and technical solution design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Participate in pair programming sessions and collaborative development activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development standards.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Must‑Have Experience

• 3-10 years proven experience developing applications with Java in a corporate or enterprise setting
• Full stack development experience, including React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work
• Experience delivering working code under minimal supervision
