ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Junior Software Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our
team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Shopify development, a good grasp of modern web
technologies, and — critically — has integrated at least one AI productivity tool (such as GitHub Copilot,
Cursor, or similar) into their daily development workflow. You will work on complex client projects, own
features end-to-end, and help elevate our team's output.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy Shopify themes and custom storefront solutions using Liquid, HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and integrate Shopify apps, custom APIs, and third-party services.
- Contribute to Android and/or iOS application development using Flutter or React Native.
- Use AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, Claude, or Tabnine) to accelerate
development and improve code quality.
- Lead small feature implementations independently and mentor intern/fresher developers.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and suggest architectural improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to translate requirements into polished, production-ready
products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs across web and app projects.
- Stay current with Shopify platform updates, API changes, and emerging development practices.
