**About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Full Stack Developer with 0–2 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate has a good foundation in Python, Node.js, React.js, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with an interest in developing scalable and reliable web applications. You will work closely with senior developers, project managers, and other technical teams to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications across both the frontend and backend. This is a hands-on learning role: you will be mentored, code-reviewed, and progressively given ownership of features end to end.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Python, Node.js, and React.js. Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services. Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Develop backend functionality using Python and/or Node.js. Design, write, and optimize SQL queries. Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases. Perform database CRUD operations, data validation, and basic database optimization. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases. Troubleshoot application issues and participate in debugging and root-cause analysis. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews. Work with Git-based source control and follow development standards. Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and implement technical solutions. Participate in deployment, application support, and production issue resolution. Prepare technical documentation for developed features and processes. Use AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) responsibly — reviewing, testing, and understanding generated code before submitting it. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices.
