About the role
This role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise web applications using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and Java. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, including database design, API development, system integration, requirements analysis, UI/UX design, testing, production support, and DevSecOps practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and Java
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable application components following industry best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and software quality requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using both NoSQL and relational database technologies including MongoDB, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration interfaces with external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues involving upstream and downstream systems
- Conduct requirement gathering and clarification sessions with customers and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Provide support for live production systems, including incident investigation and troubleshooting
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes
