About Us
Streamline Media Group is a 25-year creative development studio specializing in full video game development, co-development, publishing, and interactive digital asset production. We have shipped titles across every major platform for clients, including Sony, Microsoft, and global AAA publishers.
Description
Games are being built by people and AI agents together, and we want engineers who are excited by that. You’ll work with our developers, designers, and artists on game systems, engine and pipeline tools, and the web applications that run our productions. You build it, you test it, and you own whether it’s good.
This is a remote, project-based contract. Scope, timelines, and rates are defined per work order. It is not full-time employment.
What We Value
You don’t need all of this. If you’re strong in a few areas and keen to grow into the rest, we’d like to hear from you.
- C++ and game architecture experience in Unity or Unreal.
- Web development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Codex, or similar). Best practices are still evolving. At minimum, use AI as an audit tool, and understand what you’re using it for.
- A habit of documenting decisions: ADRs, Markdown specs, agent skills.
- Interest in game design and product strategy. You test the final product, not just the code.
- A practitioner, not a theorist: positive, flexible, and someone who delivers.
Bonus Points
- Custom engines, or newer engines such as Godot or Bevy.
- Python for DCC tools, CI / build pipelines, Docker, and cloud hosting.
- Online or multiplayer experience.
How You’ll Be Measured
On-time delivery, outcomes that meet the spec, and staying within the budgeted man-days.
Streamline Values: Responsibility, accountability, discipline, teamwork, clear communication, continuous improvement, and learning.
