The Impact you will have in this role:
As a Director of Software Engineering, you will lead the strategy, development, modernization, and delivery of mission-critical enterprise applications that power FICC's core business capabilities. You will oversee multiple application development teams driving engineering excellence, cloud transformation, and scalable software solutions across the enterprise.
This role requires a proven application development leader with deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and a track record of delivering complex software platforms. You will partner closely with Product, Architecture, and Business leaders to translate strategic objectives into secure, resilient, and high-performing applications that create measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned application development leader with a proven track record of building and modernizing enterprise software platforms, leading high-performing engineering organizations, and delivering scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Lead & Deliver
- Define engineering strategy, technology roadmaps, and delivery priorities aligned to business and IT objectives.
- Lead multiple application development teams responsible for modernizing and migrating FICC applications to the public cloud.
