Headquartered in beautiful Bend, Oregon, RecruitingDash ( ) is the largest provider of services and proprietary software for Oracle Taleo Business Edition (TBE) - a recruiting system that thousands of companies worldwide use.
In addition to our very successful market leading Taleo Consulting practice, RecruitingDash sells our proprietary Taleo metrics, reporting and analytics dashboard software as a service (SaaS) technology, and our Taleo Inbox product, to customers worldwide.

We are looking for a smart, hard-working, well-spoken individual with great presentation skills that we can train in every aspect of product management. We have had a great track record of success teaching smart and hard working people to be successful at our company. A recent college graduate seeking to learn all aspects of software product management may be an ideal fit.
As the RecruitingDash Product Manager, you will work closely with our CTO, founder, and head of software development to manage RecruitingDash's existing software products (ReportingDash and Taleo Inbox) as well as participate in every aspect of the design, development, testing and go to market of new software products which are currently in the earliest stages of product development.
Almost all of the skills for this position you will learn on the job by working closely with the founders of RecruitingDash. The incumbent who served in this role for over 9 years was able to learn the necessary skills to be successful through time in this position, and was instrumental in launching our two existing, very successful, SaaS software products. Therefore, we know that this role is a perfect fit for someone who wants to learn new skills, understand on a deep level how software works and is designed, developed, tested and brought to market, and someone who thrives on solving tough problems, being intellectually challenged and working hard.
