About the role
Bright-Win Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Software Programmer & Support Engineer (intern) to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting for our cutting-edge software solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and resolve software-related issues for our customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze software logs, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address software bugs or performance issues
- Maintain and update software documentation to ensure seamless support and knowledge transfer
- Assist in the online deployment and configuration of software systems at customer sites
- Provide online training and guidance to end-users on software utilization and best practices
- Continuously stay updated on the latest software technologies and industry trends
What we're looking for
