What You’ll Do
- Technical Discovery: project based. Mainly focus on IT enterprise management solutions (UEM, ITSM, ITOM, IAM, SIEM).
- Design end-to-end solutions that integrate ITSM frameworks (incident, problem, change management) with modern unified endpoint management (UEM/MDM) strategies.
- Deliver compelling, value-focused product demonstrations that prove how our platform simplifies asset lifecycle tracking, automated patching, and service delivery.
- Own and execute the technical PoC process, guiding customers through successful evaluations to prove technical viability and business value.
- Own for different projects on implementation and deployment.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). ITIL certifications or vendor-specific endpoint certifications are highly desirable.
- 2+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or focusing on enterprise IT environments.
- Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and hands-on experience with major ITSM platforms.
