About Zinco:
At Zinco, we're building the back-office of the future for millions of small businesses: accounting, taxes, payroll, financing, all powered by cutting-edge AI and automation, delivered with the trust of real human advisors who truly understand what matters to clients.
We're early. We move fast. And we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment, not despite it.
The mission:
MyZinco is the portal where our clients see the state of their business and share information with Zinco. We're looking for someone to own its adoption.
Your job is to understand how each client operates and find the best way to connect MyZinco with the tools they already use every day: their HR software, their POS, their invoicing tool or their banks.
We want clients to go from "I have access to MyZinco" to "I couldn't work without MyZinco".
Key Responsibilities:
● Own MyZinco adoption across our client base: activation, recurring usage and spotting at-risk accounts.
● Run demos and onboarding sessions with clients to understand their processes, their needs and how MyZinco fits into their day-to-day.
● Identify the integrations each client needs and make them happen. Some real cases you'll come across:
- A restaurant wants its daily POS sales to reach Zinco automatically, with no more manually sent end-of-day reports.
- A company manages its team in Factorial, Sesame or Bizneo and wants new hires, leavers, time off and payroll variables to reach us without sending spreadsheets.
- A client invoices with Holded and wants its issued invoices synced automatically, instead of downloading and uploading them every month.
- A small business with accounts at several banks wants to connect them so their transactions show up in MyZinco and can be reconciled.
● Solve integrations with existing third-party APIs and connectors whenever possible.
● When something custom is needed, define the requirements and work with the tech team until the integration is up and running for the client.
● Work with Zinco's accountants and advisors to identify which clients are ready for the portal and coordinate their onboarding.
● Bring what you learn in the field back to product: friction points, recurring requests and new needs that feed the roadmap.
● Document use cases, available integrations and onboarding materials the rest of the team can reuse.
● Track adoption metrics and propose actions to improve them.
