Key Responsibilities
-
Leadership & Team Management: Hire, train, mentor, schedule, and develop spa supervisors, therapists, estheticians, front-desk agents, attendants, and fitness staff. Foster a positive, guest-focused culture and high-performance environment. Act as the primary leader and step in during absences of supervisors.

Operations & Guest Experience: Oversee daily spa operations, including front-of-house, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, fitness center, boutique, and facilities. Ensure seamless, personalized experiences; handle escalated guest concerns; maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards. Coordinate with other resort departments (rooms, F&B, recreation, sales) for packages, groups, bridal parties, and events.
-
Financial Performance: Own the spa P&L. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, inventory, labor costs, and retail margins. Drive revenue through treatment sales, packages, retail, memberships/promotions, and off-site or add-on services while controlling expenses.

Programming & Innovation: Develop, update, and implement treatment menus, packages, and wellness offerings that reflect Florida Keys island inspiration. Oversee product selection, inventory, and vendor relationships. Create promotional strategies and seasonal specials.
-
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations (including Florida licensing for massage/esthetics), health & safety, emergency procedures, and resort policies. Maintain accurate records, schedules, and operational logs.
